Pickup from the hotel in Arusha at 08am, after a short safari briefing by your guide, depart for Tarangire, its about two hours to reach there, enjoy the gae=me viewing, lunch in the bust, afternoon game then drives to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
Today you continue your safari to the Serengeti National Park. Perhaps one of the most famous African national parks, its stunning landscapes are often seen as the backdrop to some of the world’s best nature documentaries. It’s not hard to see why. The Serengeti’s endless plains and abundance of wildlife are unsurpassed. The annual Great Wildebeest Migration with more than a million migrating wildebeest, zebras and gazelles is a true wonder to behold.
Together with your private guide, you will look for the herds across the plains. Apart from the migratory animals, you will also get to see a whole host of Tanzania animals. Lions, cheetahs, leopards and more, expect to be blown away by the natural beauty of Africa’s most famous park.

Day 6 on your Tanzania safari starts with a private drive to the famous Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This collapsed volcano creates a unique ecosystem with a wide variety of vegetation and is another Tanzania hotspot teeming with fantastic wildlife. After arriving at the crater rim, your expert guide will take you on a descent to the Ngorongoro Crater floor.
Take in the spectacular views of Africa at her finest: elephants, lions, buffaloes, hippos and – if you are lucky! – even the rare black rhino. This is one of the best places to spot all of Africa’s Big Five. Because of its natural beauty, the Ngorongoro Crater is chosen as one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders.
