›› Day by Day Itinerary

Arrival in Tanzania – Arusha

Arrive in Tanzania and meet your safari representative at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport. You will be transferred to your hotel in Arusha for relaxation and preparation for your safari.

Depending on your arrival time, you may have an opportunity to explore Arusha or simply relax at your hotel.

Tarangire National Park

Pickup from the hotel in Arusha at 08am, after a short safari briefing by your guide, depart for Tarangire, its about two hours to reach there, enjoy the gae=me viewing, lunch in the bust, afternoon game then drives to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Tarangire – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, leave Tarangire and travel toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. The journey offers spectacular views of the Tanzanian countryside and highlands before reaching the vast Serengeti plains.

Enter the Serengeti and begin your game drive as you make your way toward your accommodation. The park is renowned for its abundant wildlife and is home to some of Africa's most famous predators.

Depending on the season and wildlife movements, you may encounter large herds of wildebeest and zebra as well as lions, cheetahs, elephants and other wildlife.

Full-Day Serengeti Safari

Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives.

The Serengeti's diverse habitats provide excellent opportunities to observe predators and prey in their natural environment. Keep an eye out for lions resting on rocky outcrops, cheetahs hunting across the plains, elephants moving through the grasslands and leopards resting in trees.

If your visit coincides with the Great Migration, your guide will focus on areas where the herds are most likely to be found based on seasonal wildlife movements.

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Enjoy an early morning game drive in the Serengeti, when wildlife is often particularly active.

After breakfast, begin your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, continue enjoying Tanzania's spectacular landscapes and wildlife.

Arrive at your accommodation near the crater rim or Karatu and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha – Zanzibar

Wake early for a spectacular descent into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive.

The crater's enclosed ecosystem supports a remarkable concentration of wildlife. With luck, you may see lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas and possibly the endangered black rhino.

After the crater tour, enjoy lunch before continuing toward the airport for your flight to Zanzibar.

Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will be transferred to your beach hotel.

Zanzibar Beach Relaxation

Enjoy a relaxing day on Zanzibar's beautiful coastline.

Spend your day swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, relaxing on the beach, enjoying resort facilities or participating in optional activities such as snorkeling, diving or a dhow cruise.

Zanzibar – Stone Town Tour

After breakfast, explore Stone Town, Zanzibar's historic heart and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Walk through its narrow streets and discover historic buildings, colorful markets, old merchant houses and Zanzibar's fascinating cultural heritage.

You can also visit landmarks such as the former Sultan's Palace area, the Old Fort and the famous Zanzibar doors.

Return to your beach accommodation or continue enjoying Zanzibar at leisure.

Zanzibar – Beach & Optional Activities

Enjoy another day in paradise.

Zanzibar – Departure
